I would like to take this time to commend your company and your customer service staff. Everytime time I have had a question, you have responded back to me very quickly. I had a problem with my medication recently and I later found out it was not your company. My sleeping meds were not as affective as usual because of a medication my doctor had put me on for a short term basis. Your people and your company have my loyalty forever. A friend of mine insisted I try a company that she uses, so I placed a small order back in January. Not only have I not received my order, I have been fighting with them to get my money refunded, not to mention that they inflated the amount attempted to be charged to my account and tried to run that charge through twice. I finally got that straightened out, but I will never, never, ever again stray from Budget Medicines. Boy, have I learned my lesson.
